I have wondered this for a while now, but panel one finally gives me an answer… Kaylin is “max chest size minus one”, but I couldn’t tell where Relm would land on this scale. Unless this is another instance of Sage’s Arbitrarily Large Chest Syndrome, Relm appears to be that one step bigger than Kaylin.
