I know some people have difficulty with pages like this so I will explain with more depth and information about the emotional state Kaylin is invoking.
Kaylin is starting off by saying she hasn’t had time to practice the meditation, as she hasn’t had 300 years of away time, she was, as far as they are concerned, stuck in time or flung forward in time to their present. So the 300 years she missed, she did not do anything in that time like they did.
Then, she’s nervously admitting to her fears that occur because of her unique method of sleeping, and how sleeping also connects her more strongly to her previous life. As her game character never really slept, so most memories she has of sleeping are from her life as a human player, and yet she doesn’t sleep as long, possibly feeling subconsciously that she should be sleeping more even though she is waking feeling rested. Like in an game where you sleep, a short cut scene or a fade to black happens, and then fades back in and your rest is over.
Yunn is concerned because Kaylin getting rest so quickly means her meditation is restoring her mental fatigue effectively reducing her need for sleep, so that seems correct to her, someone who learned the meditation very early in her life. It seems normal, though late.
Kaylin then expresses her fear, that that disconnect she feels when sleeping that doesn’t feel quite right, makes her worry about her existence. It makes her feelings of not belonging or not being real more pronounced.
Yunn Recognizes it as a terrifying experience to be unsure of ones existence, while Kaylin is in denial trying to ignore the feelings rather than accept them.
The final panel she is hesitantly and nervously agreeing, because she knows it’s true, she doesn’t really want to accept it, and if she tries to argue otherwise, she’ll be lying to herself and to Yunn.

Hope that helps those who have difficulty with people saying contradictory things and reading facial expressions that hopefully should show people the truth behind their words.

Every now and then it helps to remind the reader that Kaylin isn’t just an amazing elf girl; she’s an amazing elf girl that used to “just” be a character inside a game, played by a male streamer – and then Something Happened. I don’t think this is hard to follow if you’ve got enough of the ‘full story’ in mind, but if someone picked up or resumed reading at the start of a recent chapter it might not be at the front of their mind given recent events.

We get to enjoy Kaylin’s relationship with Nyna, the ‘gamification’ of the world, and generally seeing seeing Kaylin kicking ass – but every now and then we need little interludes like this to remind us that Kaylin-Kevin is still a thing that hasn’t been resolved. Quiet “mornings after” as it were are great times for this kind of introspection. Each time it comes up, we wonder if we’re going to get another clue as to what the “Incident” is/was – and possibly clues to the actual status of Kaylin, Kevin, Callum, Mike, Nyna, Ellisia, the world/connected worlds, etc.

It’s also reallly helpful to see Yunn discouraging Kaylin’s default evasiveness on the topic – whether to protect others or herself, it’s only delaying matters and possibly causing more harm down the road as a result. Perhaps this could be covered in her maybe-hinted-at upcoming conversation with Lyrestra?

Either way I like seeing some attention given to the emotional undercurrents that can remind everyone Kaylin has greater depths than her recently-emphasized combat abilities and silver tongue negotiation tactics.
