It’s a kingdom built on an old one after a revolution that moved the nobility and king into the direction of pushing for advancements to help citizens over developing wealth. Callum is responsible for bringing a bunch of their ideas to “reality” with his knowledge and skills in just a few short years. He’s not the only inventor of the city though. He’s just seen as a prodigy.
